宅建資格を取得することが就職内定への最短距離でした。
家族の知人に不動産会社の経営者がおり、その方と話をする中で不動産業界に興味を持ちました。この業界をめざすなら宅建資格を取得しなさいとアドバイスを受け、高校3年生で受験。しかし、簡単に合格できるものではありません。私としては早く資格を取得し、実務に就きたかったので、最短で合格を狙える方法を考え、中京法律専門学校を選択。実務的な法律の勉強や宅建試験の対策講座はもちろん、司法書士やFPなど他の資格科目も学ぶことができました。
資格試験対策講座だけでなく、授業で学ぶ法律知識は宅建にも役立ち、相乗効果で理解が深まります。また空き時間にはスマートフォンの宅建出題アプリや試験の解き方動画などを活用し、つねに試験を意識して取り組み、入学1年目で合格を勝ちとりました。宅建を取得したことで不動産会社でのアルバイトが決まり、インターンシップのような形から就職内定へと至りました。私にとっては、この学校に入学し、資格を取得したことが、夢の実現の最短距離になりました。
